The Patronage tool integrates the Boost Culture program of the Institute of Culture, and promotes the generation of projects that house creative alternatives for the development of sustainable cultural content and productions. Patronage allows Chaco companies to allocate up to 10% of their Gross Income tax to support and finance cultural projects.

INCENTIVE PLAN TO THE AUDIOVISUAL SECTOR
The AV Sector Incentive Plan - PISA - is an initiative of the Institute of Culture of Chaco, which grants ten beneficiaries of the sector, a prize in money, tutorials or some type of financial aid, which facilitates emerging and independent producers, to carry out or improve their projects. The Fondo Nacionalde las Artes (FNA) finances and supports the development of artists, managers and non-profit cultural organizations. The Competitive Format Fund for Audiovisual Communication Media (FOMECA) is a tool that allows the redistribution of resources that come from the audiovisual media (levies and fines) to promote community, border and indigenous peoples' media.

IBERMEDIA is a program to stimulate the co-production of fiction films and documentaries made in the community made up of twenty-one countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
